1. Despre Growth Platform

Growth Platform (growthplatform.veylo.art) is a SaaS marketing automation application that allows agencies and businesses to automatically generate SEO content, social media posts, newsletters and integrated campaigns. By accessing and using the platform, you fully accept these terms.

2. Cont si acces

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• Esti responsabil de confidentialitatea credentialelor de acces.
• You may only connect accounts you own or for which you have written authorization (e.g. as administrator of a Facebook business page).

3. Generated content

All content generated by Growth Platform (blog posts, social posts, images, newsletters) belongs to you. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and compliance before publishing. Growth Platform uses AI models (Claude, Nano Banana, FLUX) and may occasionally produce inaccurate content — the final review is up to you.

4. Integrari cu terti

By connecting external services (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Stripe etc.), you accept that provider's terms. Growth Platform acts as a technical intermediary: posting, reading data, syncing — only at your explicit request. You can revoke access at any time from the Connections page or directly from the respective provider.

Pentru TikTok specific: folosim Login Kit pentru autentificare, Content Posting API pentru publicarea video-urilor pe care le creezi in platforma, si Video List pentru afisarea statisticilor postarilor tale. Toate actiunile sunt initiate de tine prin click pe „Publish pe TikTok" si confirmate inainte de upload.

5. Plata si abonament

• The subscription is monthly or annual, via Stripe.
• Poti anula oricand din pagina Billing; accesul continua pana la finalul perioadei platite.
• Nu acordam rambursari pentru perioade partial folosite, cu exceptia situatiilor cerute de legislatia romaneasca.

6. Utilizari interzise

• Spam, abusive posts, harassment, illegal content, or content that infringes copyright.
• Folosirea conturilor altor persoane fara permisiune.
• Reverse engineering al platformei, abuz al API-urilor interne.
• Any activity that violates third-party integration terms (Meta, TikTok, Google etc.).

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

7. Limitare de responsabilitate

Growth Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% continuous availability or absolute accuracy of AI-generated content. We are not responsible for indirect losses (lost sales, decreased SEO ranking, etc.) caused by errors, downtime, or decisions based on the platform's suggestions.

8. Editri

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Legea aplicabila

Acesti termeni sunt guvernati de legea romaneasca. Eventualele dispute se rezolva amiabil sau, daca este necesar, la instantele competente din Romania.
