1. Cine suntem

Growth Platform (growthplatform.veylo.art) is a marketing automation platform that helps agencies and businesses automate content, ads and customer communication.

2. Ce date colectam

• Date de cont: nume, email, limba preferata.
• Date de utilizare: workspace-uri create, continut generat, setari.
• OAuth connections: access tokens to your Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp and other services you authorize. Tokens are encrypted and used exclusively to execute the actions you request (posting, reading data, sending messages).
• Date tehnice: adresa IP, log-uri de acces, cookie-uri de sesiune pentru autentificare.

3. Cum folosim datele

• Pentru a furniza functionalitatile platformei (crearea de continut, postare pe retele sociale, automatizari de email).
• Pentru a factura si gestiona abonamentul.
• Pentru a trimite notificari operationale legate de contul tau.

4. Integrari cu terti

When you connect a Google, Meta, WhatsApp Business, Stripe or other service account, we respect that provider's terms. OAuth tokens are stored only to execute actions you authorize. You can revoke access at any time, either from your account settings on that provider's platform, or by removing the connection from Growth Platform.

5. Stocare si securitate

Datele sunt stocate pe servere din Uniunea Europeana. Folosim HTTPS pentru toate comunicatiile, criptare pentru token-urile OAuth sensibile si backup-uri zilnice. Accesul este restrictionat pe baza de rol (multi-tenant izolation).

6. Drepturile tale (GDPR)

• Dreptul de acces la datele tale.
• Dreptul la rectificare si stergere.
• Dreptul la portabilitate (export in format standard).
• The right to withdraw consent for any integration.

7. Retentie

We keep your data as long as your account is active. On request, we delete it within 30 days (except for data we are required by tax or accounting legislation to retain).
